Wild chicory is alongside every roadside in the Ohio valley it seems. I think they are beautiful. I love their blueish purple color. I picked some of these on the side of the road and took them to paint from life. They didn’t last much more than an hour though as their colors faded to almost white but I have this painting that will live on. I love how every day wildflowers on the side of the road can be so beautiful. I don’t want to take their beauty for granted.
Original painting is approximately 6×9 in.
Digital file will be a pdf with no crop marks that was professionally scanned at local print shop. This version is great for printing on blank cards since there are no crop marks but can also be printed larger as a print to frame.
